Sono passate due settimane e la caviglia sempre là sta...
Gli ultimi giorni in pillole.
Durante questo tempo sono salito a casa per dare una mano ad organizzare il trofeo promozionale (preparare gli hs e altro del genere) e la festa dell'atletica valdostana (spostare tribunette, montare tavolate, caricare e scaricare materiale vario, vivande e bibite, etc.).
Essendo iniziata la bella (?) stagione sono cominciate anche le prime sagre, quindi la sera di sabato 3 ci siamo gettati alla festa della birra, che in realtà abbiamo poi scoperto essere, per quella sera, la festa dei cacciatori.
Ne ho approfittato dei giorni a casa per stare dietro ai lavori di ristrutturazione della mia casetta, per la quale sto aspettando anche troppo...
Ho rimesso in moto la moto (ripetizione fatta apposta ;)), un Yamaha xt600 che fin da piccolo aveva lasciato un desiderio dentro di me, e l'ho utilizzata per i trasferimenti in valle.
Mercoledì mi sono recato allo spaccio della Also Enervit, a Milano, per acquistare i supplement, e subito dopo ho pranzato con l'amico Icarus in zona fiera (vecchia). Di lì via verso Nova Milanese dove ero atteso da Mario Ruggiu (ora impegnato con Donadoni e la nazionale di calcio) peruna trattamento alla mia malmessa caviglia. Tric e trac e poi di nuovo in sella per fare una scappata nella vicina Erba, a salutare coach Paleari e le sue atlete Valentina (Zappa) ed Alessia (mancava la Colombo). Via di nuovo e rientro ad Aosta.
Giovedì partenza per la Svizzera, direzione lago di Ginevra, per altri impegni. La giornata stupenda e la calma del lago Lemano mi hanno proprio disteso i nervi.
Sabato pomeriggio a vedere le gare di Donnas ed intorno alle 18 via di nuovo con l'auto per Bressanone, dove il giorno dopo si sarebbe svolto il Brixia Meeting, gara giovanile molto ben organizzata e piena di giovani promesse (allievi e juniores) italiane e non. Ho visto con estremo piacere le gare di molti ragazzi del talento e dei loro compagni. In una rappresentativa nazionale erano presenti in particolare le staffette veloci, ma non solo loro. Domenica rientro a Roma dando uno strappo ad Ilenia Draisci e Valerio Rosichini (il biondino). Avrei avuto un ulteriore impegno il sabato mattina a Salerno, ma proprio non ero in grado di agggìiungere altri 2000 e più km al mio tragitto...avrei toccato i oltre 5000km in 10gg!!!
ps: la sera del mio arrivo, ospite di Armin Kerer, ex-giavellottista da oltre 80m ed ex-compagno di squadra in ffgg, sono stato trascinato per tutti i pub di Bressanone in una serata "diversa".
Dal lunedì al mercoledi ho praticamente fatto avanti e indietro dal meccanico per verificare la mappatura dell'impiannto gpl che aveva bisogno di una controllatina, e per l'aria condizionata uno dei cui tubi era allenatato e continuava a perdere il freon. L'auto pareva supercar: faceva tutto da sola, ma anche quando non richiesto ;)
Giovedì FIDAL e cena dal biondino, invitato dai suoi. Come direbbe il buon Aita: ottimo!!!
Domani Rieti a vedere le gare e poi si riparte perAosta.
In tutto ciò, sono ancora fermo per la caviglia. Solo upper body weights, come direbbero negli States.
Lunedì prenoterò una risonanza per fiugare i miei dubbi.

leggo il tuo sito volentieri, anche perchè oltre a esser un grande atleta mi sembri molto simpatico!
ricordo di averti visto dalle mie parti Pd, Ad Abano per l'atleticamente e agli italiani del 2007 dove non ho potuto non farti i complimenti di persona.
Spero di diventare un tecnico in FIDAL, sono di I Livello per adesso collaboro sotto vari aspetti tra sigma e varie...
Ps: ci sono possibilità di lavoro in FIDAL? ( a me interessava la statistica)
